my unifi 30mbps
i setting my onu and rg with my office id 100mbps
my home and office same olt and cabinet
why i get 30mbps only?

Your subscribed speed of 30Mbps is also set in the ONU. If your office is in the same area, use the ONU from the office to get full 100Mbps.

I'm using the Mikrotik hAP AC2 with my Unifi800. It's about RM300. So far so good and does everything I want it to.

Hi guys, is it ok i ask this here or somewhere else might be better?
Lately been having this problem where the modem light everything is ok but there is no internet?
Even on my devices there is the wifi signal is on but no internet, i think the message say cant get ip address or something like that?
Have to restart the router and the modem than thing will be ok. Never had this problem for years but happened a few times inside this week. Any idea is there anything i can do to solve this problem??

Anyone here use unifi VOIP ? The phone land fix line ?
Does it have a function to Display Caller ID ? for those who use cordless phone with display ID ?

Something like handphone know the caller ID ?

It has Voice - Call Line Identification Presentation (CLIP)

Not using a cordless phone so can’t tell but it appears to be caller ID

Hey guys anybody faced issue with zoom connecting and failed to singapore sever?

Today i was on 175 ip and zoom refused to connect on all devices, saying it couldn't connect to the service eventhough internet was working fine at 600mbps+++

It only worked after i reset the modem and got new ip

what could have caused this?

same for me. something wrong with tmnut hmm.gif

the wan goes down. have to reconnect wan for it to work again..... stability this week is as you described.

so it is not hardware problem but the problem is on tm side?
But seem like just 2 of us having this problem from the lack of replies i got? confused.gif

generally is the same no matter which location you are, problem is did you check Ur side got fiber port available for your registration?

you can lodge complain to TM ask their technician to check up. sometime maybe your side exchange center got issue which may happen out of sudden.
