Does submitting this form actually go though TM system ? IF not it'll be a waste and sending private info to other agent ?
I haven't proceed yet but there is no packages on it.

What is the different between agent and dealer on Unifi section ? So do you know any new incoming promotion ?
How does the bill looks like if applying the 30 trial promotion ?

Usually transferring an account will tie you up for another 24 months contract, did mine last year.
But, since you're a special case maybe you can walk in to TM and speak with an officer there.

if tukar maxis, they guna balik fiber yang sama jugak kan ? pergi DP yang sama kan ? so im stuck??

Report kat SKMM. Rekod disconnection tu (date, time start, time ends, dengan bukti) supaya nanti boleh claim rebate dari TM.
Works for me.

Yep, just give them a call.
OR, find someone with the cheap monthly who want to terminate their account and do account transfer, caveat: you both need to be present at TM for transfer.

Yes, but some new cust who subscribed to 100Mbps didnt receive any email on regards to the free channel ID. I have a friends who register Unifi same time with me didnt receive any email until he ask via live chat.
No, i was referring the the free playtv channel apps and mine was Unifi 30 to Unifi 100, not from any other ISP.

Try Me package SHOULD comes with PlayTV if I'm not mistaken. Try verify with TM by calling 100.

Quite a few received same offer. A little bit mark up on their site since you can get 300Mbps without Unifi PlayTV for RM139 and add RM15/mth for M4 mesh (=RM154)

Not sure about the plan that TM gave you. If normal plan with additional mesh after 2 years only pay for the fibre.

That is still a nice deal. I stayed paying 800Mbps for RM3++ for couple years before a good soul from here agree to transfer ownership of his account to me. Now on 500Mbps paying RM190.

Called in and upgraded my plan from:
unifi 100Mbps - Super Value YEP 2019 + Phone + unifiTV1Pack for RM129
to
500Mbps + Phone, no TV for RM199 (+ Deco M9Plus).

Never even used the TV since day 1 and rarely use house phone.

My contract supposed to end in Oct 2021, now renewed 2 years.

Was looking at other options for at least 300Mbps to uepgrade, like Digi/Celcom for chaper prices but had to wait till contract end.

First he offered me 300Mbps + Phone for RM159, but no free router. Then i asked for higher speed.

If can afford, I think no brainer la to take RM199, the routers price itself RM850ish and thats like RM35 a month over 24months, and thats basically the difference from the 300Mbps to 500Mbps package.

That is good price. I'm paying RM190 for 500Mbps. Wouldn't mind adding RM9 for the deco though. Well, now no point since I'm getting Orbi RBK752.

Its not just you. TM is having issue. I usually use VPN to sort it out.
