Does submitting this form actually go though TM system ? IF not it'll be a waste and sending private info to other agent ?

That’s normal for 2.4 ghz, you must use 5ghz for the best WiFi performance, especially for high speed like 100mbps and faster

It has Voice - Call Line Identification Presentation (CLIP)

Not using a cordless phone so can’t tell but it appears to be caller ID

Standard is free, basically they would just install the fiber cable on the surface of the wall, I believe the fiber cable is black as well

Well for every house it’s different as the owner have different requirements and different cable layout

Mine is just swapping from maxis infra to Tm infra so only outdoor cable for me

Basically any ISP provided router have the ability for the ISP to remote in for diagnostic/troubleshooting/ update firmware…. Not just TM

Did you do thumbprint at TM point? If no then you must pay rm100

If not mistaken the rm100 is for those who didn’t do thumbprint verification

If you want to be safe you can pay rm100 advance payment which would be used to offset the 1st bill

If not mistaken, TM needs you to use back the TM router to create report when there’s an issue?

Also I believe TM has a record of the router serial number/ details in their database linked with your account

If let’s say the issue also persist on TM router then don’t have the RM50+ SST right since it’s TM equipment( or is TM router user fault as well)?

Was using Astro IPTV before, where they would require the stock maxis router

That’s the 1 month free trial promotion(hmm.gif bill looks different than mine though but the plan name is the same )

If not mistaken it applies to all new users, except new users must pay rm100 advance payment

If no one is using the internet/wifi at that time then it shouldn't go down all the way to 1 mbps by itself.

Unifi 500mbps is 500mbps download, 100 mbps upload not 200 mbps upload
