I wanna ask something, why my Internet Connection is quite slow, especially when I'm playing Youtube videos. So frustrated. Before this, on this month, I have NO PROBLEM with this issue, I'm always play the videos using 480p quality.

But now, even i set it to 144p, it will buffering buffering and buffering.

Anyone knows what's wrong with it? Should I call TM?

So far I don't have the issue when surfing the website and light downloading like download a new song

4mb user here.. when streaming youtube on chrome, normally gets 720p quality. sometimes get slow too but a refresh of the browser will do. on other browsers, 320-480p only.

btw, any xmbc user here? i've trouble streaming on it thou.. buffer extremely slow. wonder why.

hey, i did not rewire my whole house, they actually offer to rewire my house for RM80.

but i din want to, i go and sandpaper the copper wire nicely, coz when i cut open the copper wire, alot dark dark color rust or donno what on it, so i polish it until shiny, then connect again.

then no more noisy sound on phone line.

after tat very smooth already.

however, this few days really bad, some ip i get i get 200 ping, 175 ip get 30 ping. previously no this problem, so i called technician anyway, let them come chk, but already 24 hours. still no sign of them.

Been using 4mbps quite some time adi, almost 2 years. Recently found speed not so stable, and once saw another unknown shared PC connected.

Want to ask, is the TM original modem (D-Link) easier to hack compared to other modem? Think of getting, but not sure if that will solve the problem...

pretty sure my modem no problem, ping to modem normal <1ms, modem to local TM normal 45ms, then go outside local TM has slow down and timeout problems

Some people said it's based on location (kampung/low-cost area), and not only for that 5 states.
That means, the package is available to all, but its all down to TM to decide whether you layak or not (and of course your income play a part too)

Went to TMPoint yesterday. Apparently it is NOT only for the five states, it is available in Johor too. But it depends on the area like you said. The TM personnel showed me a list of places supported. I filled in the form and submitted a copy of my IC and salary slip straight away, seeing that my area is covered.

Will post here once they approve my application. He said the application has to be sent to KL first before they approve anything. Fingers crossed it will be approved!
