hi guys, Not sure if I'm in the right thread so please be gentle with me  I'm currently on streamyx 4mbps from last 2 years University student package (end up paying RM88 per month). My question is, nowadays I'm facing very very slow Internet up to 0.3mbps (last time I can get an average of 2-3mbps). It is so bad that I can't even load a picture on Instagram. May I know is there something wrong with TM connection, or is someone hijacking my Internet line? I stay in Desa Petaling area, and forgot my modem login/password so I can't access via Admin Page lol. Kindly advice, thanks! |

Hi guys, Any of you experiencing slow internet recently? Just 2 days ago my Internet start to slow very badly until I can't even load 9gag or Instagram. Here's a screenshot of my speed atm (from a 4mbps package):  Is this because of modem setting or just streamyx problem? Wanna see if I can fix it without calling TM. Thank in advance! |

Hey guys,
My 4mbps streamyx plan is really, really slow. Previously subscribed from the college plan thing where 4mbps download with 1mbps upload = RM88.
I can't play online games (dota 2 with 2K ping and 49% packet loss), nor stream YouTube or even load Facebook!
Called up TM @ 100 and they say they'll restart and get back to me, but still never did. But when I do SpeedTest, it shows out ok ok only within 1-2mbps.
When I look at my torrent, it shows yellow light which says "your listen port is blocked. Speed may not be fast". Is there any correlation to this?
I'm using an ASUS modem now, is there any way I can tweak to make the speed better? :S
