QUOTE(raizo7 @ Oct 29 2014, 11:48 PM) Some people said it's based on location (kampung/low-cost area), and not only for that 5 states. Went to TMPoint yesterday. Apparently it is NOT only for the five states, it is available in Johor too. But it depends on the area like you said. The TM personnel showed me a list of places supported. I filled in the form and submitted a copy of my IC and salary slip straight away, seeing that my area is covered. That means, the package is available to all, but its all down to TM to decide whether you layak or not (and of course your income play a part too) Hmm, better go to TM and ask them directly. Untung2 boleh dapat. Will post here once they approve my application. He said the application has to be sent to KL first before they approve anything. Fingers crossed it will be approved! |

Update on my streamyx with tablet application:
Just installed my streamyx 4Mbps today. Quick n hassle free. However, the application process itself took 2 weeks. I applied on the 29th and got it installed today. Thus it is proven that the package is not only for Northern region states but for certain areas that TM deems as 'low-cost housing areas' Glad my place didnt have Unifi. Only have to pay rm88 for this mthly This post has been edited by thecoffeeguy: Nov 13 2014, 04:58 PM |

Jb bro. The tm salesperson told me this is available nationwide but have to see whether ur taman or kampung or jalan is within promo area or not. I went to TMpoint to check whether my area is eligible or not and he showed me a list of districts and promo area in Johor.
