They are few tips getting 4.0 Mbps to your house, ask the technician to come to your house and check ur line capability ( Sometimes TM.Nut won't entertain this ) But i managed to fix 4.0 Mbps even though my house is not in their System for 4.0 Mbps. This will take a lot of effort for them to do it. Do remember u mess be less than 2km from DSLAM to support 4.0 Mbps otherwise it won't work. They will check your ADSL status latency aka SNR Margin to confirm your line support or not.

me, but problem solved by changing modem, dont know to blame modem or the line,
when surfing suddenly cant browse anything, have to on off modem then ok back,
since changing modem, all good again

why now i cant connect with adsl2plus modulation? can only connect with adsl g.dmt...

Agreed with you so far so good free calls sum more :-) however the upload is quite slow at 512kbps for 4 Mbps combo and the speed between VIP 5 for Unifi is not much different it doesn't comes with iptv and the upload speed is not 5 Mbps .

However the data transfer is unlimited compare to VIP 5 . If u wish to go at high speed upload at 5 Mbps pls take Biz5 Unifi but it doesn't come with IPTV. My personal view i don't need iptv since i already have astro beyond. Compare to unlimited data transfer for Biz5 u don't need local content anymore . Biz5 charged for calls for fix line calls

I don't know about your router, maybe you can try to look for if there's DSL Modulation setting?
I'm using Linksys router, and it has 8 types of modulation modes to choose, plus one MultiMode, which is Auto, to choose from.

my friend 1M with 118 ip can achieve 160kb/s
last time 218.111 also can did that.

Walao 1 week plus liao technician upgrade my package but my speed still the same. Everyday call 100 bombard their hotline still the same thing -.-
Everytime I call must explain the whole thing over again.

Tech configured port, router, everything done only my account capped still at 1mbps according to their server so I cannot get speed. They still say need check here check there. So long already What to do?
