Try choose with lower speed bundle first (1 or 2 mbps) and trial run the application, you will hit into blank application page if 4/8mbps doesnt available at your area.

Using default TM Router modem Innacomm ADSL-MARITIME-W3400V6, always meets 4Mbps at my area, bersyukurlah...
