4MBps Streamyx user here in Putra Heights. No network connection at all even if modem LED for Internet is on... came back and saw my router light stuck at red. in my router system log, i get the following: PPPoE send PADI Delay 3 second before PADI retry.
what it means? how do i fix it?

Update from TMNut: There's a problem affecting my cabinet... Not sure what it means. But nothing has been done to fix the problem.
Does it take 3 days to identify this problem?
Btw, those who has this problem, expect all downloads to fail halfway. Gonna be a fun 2 weeks, 1 week of nope and another 1 week of calls. Nothing will be done after 2 weeks. Now it's my 4th day after reporting..

Good evening I am a Putra Heights resident. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting the following error when downloading big files. I get the error by ping-ing the download server during downloading: miscompare at offset 29 » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « - MISCOMPARE at offset text - text There is a mismatch in the packet size that was transmitted as opposed to the packet size that was received. The offset is the difference between the transmitted and received packets.
Symptoms are downloads will be corrupted even though file is downloaded completely e.g. download from Sony PSN. It happens intermittently. The error code is always related to DNS. Any advice on how to explain to TM and what to request their technician on what they should bring to confirm this problem? This post has been edited by nill: Nov 24 2015, 12:27 AM
