This will take a lot of effort for them to do it. Do remember u mess be less than 2km from DSLAM to support 4.0 Mbps otherwise it won't work. I'm disappointed with the way TM assigning IP address, they should be more fair in giving IP addresses to all user, some get nice IP, some locked in a range. I wonder why are they doing this. .
