guys i recently moves to a new house and went to tmnet directly to applied for streamyx and fortunately i am qualified for the 4mbps plan but during my application to submit it to the staff in charge(tmnet staff) i was told that my application could not be accepted due to tmnet people are migrating their wires/cable or something but confirm they use the word migrating and this thing happen on 09/01 and my application will on be processed on the 19/01. So if any tmnet guys here or anyone experience this problem can help me clarify the term migration for tmnet. Is it they are moving their wire or port or etc to some other place or upgrading their wire in my place. My house is directly inside taiping town not in some rural or outskirt, and not sure where to post this. Thanks

The migration mean what you have heard; literally cables moving to one cabinet to another one.
Those who are unfortunate, will find out they lose phone service and internet for an extended amount of time. Up to three weeks in a certain case.
