my line super slow everyday around 10pm onward.. any idea what is wrong?

I just did them but everytime i click apply/save it would refresh and then gets the default option ticked again. Am i doing something wrong?

How to make appointment for streamxy installation since the call lady dosent mention it to me. Also 1st time subscribe. =/  Do I need to call them or go local TM point to do it?

I don't understand. How are browsing speeds usually optimum, yet with online gaming the internet can go from normal for half a day to constant lag spikes that hover above 500 to 1000 ping for the next day or two? It's only got progressively worse since I made the switch to Unifi in December, leaving me to effectively abandon online games for months. What the hell is causing this inconsistent reliability?

There are people getting 4mb streamyx for RM88? what kind of sorcery is this? I have been paying RM 150 since forever........

Yes. They offer to replace the modem + configuration for rm200 before I decided to buy it myself.

After checking, my phone line still not stable and by little contact with the cable the phone call will drop. Stll manage connected to internet with 2Mbps instead of 4Mbps.

My dsl led just went off few hours ago, ady contact tm, they said will forward this issue to the team and give me reference number. Should I buy this reference number or directly contact with the technician regarding this.

P/s: I ask them does my connection fine on their side but he reply no. I m confused. mobile phone to phone, ok. phone to mobile phone, dead.

My streamyx not working. Red signal at the Internet sign on modem. Anyone having same problem???

hai guys .. in recent month i notice that my downloaded file keep on corrupted after finish downloaded.. how to solve this problem eh? call tm or change to new router ??

TM is a shady company...last year when I wanna subscribe to their 4mbps streamyx they say my area not supported, only 1mbps can...6 month later got call from TM after asking if I want to upgrade to 2mbps...I ask can I take the 4mbps package, but the customer services guy said that my area not supported, so I take the 2mbps package. Last week suddenly I got a call again asking if I wanna upgrade to 4mbps. I ask her 3 times and she said that my area always got 4mbps support, no problem, damn shady busisness. Still waiting for the speed upgrade. Need to wait in 7 working days. I guess they do this to me just to extend my 12 month contract.

8Mbps is RM140 now? I see TM's website still stated 160...

May I know what ping reading I should be getting from 4mbps streamyx? Mine is always around 50-80ms which my Digi LTE can be even better.

My DSL light keep resetting every 5 -10 minutes....sometimes even 2-3 hours ok then reset. Modem issue or TMNet trolling me?

Wow my connection to the US hosted websites seems to be dead. Running so slow or not even loading. Local sites like Youtube is running fine. Guess connection to US is broken again like always. Restarted many times.

Is this ping normal for 4mbps streamyx? Currently only use 1 computer to surf website, didnt dl or streaming!!
