can some1 help to check this

i applied to upgrade to 4mbps, the contractor came and check, he said my downstream is very bad and is unable to support 4mbps

but from what i see this is what I have been getting for the pass 4 years I been using streamyx, line is stable, it seem ok good what, am i wrong?

now they are downgrading it back to 1mbps

why is it when surf youtube, some of the 720p video i can load very fast, but some, will keep buffering

any idea how to convince tmnet that my place is stable using 4mbps, was using fine until the contractor tech came in and check my snr and says its unstable, now im unable to upgrade

dont even hv unifi here, best i can do in my area is 4mbps, my snr is ok, should not be an issue, just scare the tech see wrongly and report to hq the wrong info -.-

is it just me or the streamyx login screen is gone now? i cant find the url to login and check my streamyx account info

i just subscribed to 4Mbps BB for RM130 2 months ago... this promo, can i ask to switch to the cheaper RM88 version?
