Anyone knows how's the sales for the EG1c? Went there on the 1st day of launch, they sold all the corner at east (near the lake).

should be early of January 2019, as the sales rep told me the show unit in EG1 ready to view in early January 2019.

Y sales so poor?

Not sure about this, thats why intend to explore, but unable to explore it due to it is still not yet open for public.

My guess around 2.5 - 3 km

from google map, it's 4.5km from the EV4 roundabout till the end of EG1C.

This project really makes SDP a headache, this record on launching date is worst than Elmina Valley 3. After not achieve sales more than 80% for EV3, SDP starts plan B to promote on social media, mainstream and built show house. For Elmina Green, look like they added marketing strategy to push sale agent did promotion to potential buyers. SA has opened a booth at a lot area to did promotion. Luckily, the latest result as 15 Nov. Market condition really slow now plus EG location will give an option to the buyers to look other properties at Saujana Utama.

Is this EG1C worth to buy ? and why the last row sold out but the 1st row still a lot available? Any opinion?

Maybe also affect by the Budget 2019 that just announced, the new program P2P may cause buyer hold back their decision....🤔🤔🤔

When start launch I book oso worry no ppl buy...

I buy becoz look like Kota Kemuning feel and environment good with green but price cant compare ya hehehe...

U better go check with sales person and location I choose Elmina is totally new area , environment good with green I like. Hope coming like 2nd Subang.

Bukit Raja is what u see now than jus same and tat main road super heavy jam with a lot heavy factory near by the area.

If you stay in Elmina you feel wasted if you dont spend your weekend at home.
it is really a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in.

I just booking 1c and location middle in Klang valley go where also easy don't say Klcc or Bangsar.
I not often go sales gallery, yesday go for sign S&P.

I oso stay at Klang before so i dint like Bukit Raja coz heavy jam...

Yesday I go Elmina than done afternoon go Bukit Raja Sales Gallery see see, really can't compare ya. Won't regret get Elmina

oh thanks for pointing out. i just realize toilet door is sliding door too.

From the layout, the toilet is build-in pocket sliding door, while the room door is normal sliding door.

Any reason why prefer u17/63a than u17/62?

Was informed the location of elmina green got to pay 2 tolls at Guthrie highway? For elmina valley only pay 1 toll.....is that true? Anyone can advise?

That is based on exiating road. Going to EG hv to pay extra 1 toll. But starting early nxt yr no need as they will open internal road.

I wonder if Ferrea @Denai Alam has a build in centralized heater or it doesn't, i heard Elmina green has. Don't quote me this is just what I "heard"

Simedarby provide a good spec for elmina green as compared to near by development. But unfortunately their location is most far from the elmina city......personally i'm prefer elmina valley, which is near to the Guthrie highway.

Elmina green land value is lower compared to EV as it is further up and comparable to saujana utama. Plus additional dilution as there will be surrounded by rumah selangorku. To offset this and to make sure list price about the same, SD give higher rebate, built in grill, and so called quality building material. If minus this i think shud almost similar or slightly higher price than saujana utama.

Yes. U can check in the brochure. Marked as RSKU. For start, harmoni 1 apartment will b built nxt to EG1. Concept looks interesting.

Well. I believe those buying EG alrdy did due diligence and take into consideration these factors. Means to them the pros outweigh the cons. So shud not b issue. But overall is still value for money tho.

Saujana utama is 500m away with mature shoplots. Puncak alam is 4-5km away.

I think the term 'surrounded' is incorrect. EG is not surrounded by rumah selangorku. According to the EG brochure, Rumah selangorku is only allocated one spot in the whole of Elmina Green development.
