Went there yesterday to chit chat with my sdb staff. The sales of phase 2 quite slow compared to phase 1. Managed to buy 1 end lot during phase 1. But eventually it will sold out.

went to Elmina last Sunday to see the progress of EV5, but didn't see any pillar/structure yet. To existing residence, how was your experience during under-construction process? I mean is SD deliver the house on time? I'm just afraid that they can't complete the EV5 in a year time (expected to be completed in early 2021).

i did compared these 2 EV & EcoG for own stay. Went to both galleries on the same day. At the end of the day, I bought EV.

Here's why;

1. FREEHOLD
2. Nearer to PJ/KL. Puncak Alam is very far if you are working in city centre
3. Love the EcoG house (very english) but I love the whole concept city of elmina more
4. EV is more expensive than EcoG, but worth every penny
5. It is surrounded by matured area like Denai Alam & Subang so find a mall or 7E is not a problem. Now Family Mart also got rclxm9.gif

Well, again the most important thing is EV is Freehold. Hate to stay in the house where you can't do anything outside of your house.
