i'm one of the owner of elmina, very disappointing about the quality of SDP. the floor tile was crack every where and a lot of scratch and stain on my tile, plenty of hairline crack on wall, toilet and sink leaking, a lot tile doesn't apply grout line, main gate back yard door sag and car porch floor also a lot of crack. besides that wall tile a lot is hollow

the leaking cause the plaster ceiling and wall mold they just repaint, main gate sag just fill up and repaint. the toilet outlet hole level is out and they claim that is normal.

how u all think about this?


we did the water ponding test and found leaking then sdp claim that we do it wrong way, we seal all the hole with silicon and fill up the water and leave for few days then go back and check found that the master room is having leaking so we log the report they claim that the water ponding test cannot test too long. after a week the wall are mold...nightmare..








besides that we leave the electric meter fuse for them to fix the defect and we found that it was missing after that... now my house is not electric supply... really feel bad...

viana, yes they did fix but the way they handle it is really disappointed. we are going to meet them again on this Thursday to do the ponding test again.
the toilet outlet they say is like that cannot report as defect... a bit not acceptable..

yes, we do consult other contractor they say due to they wanna make the tile cutting look nice that why alignment will out have to apply 1 more layer water proving to the expose part, but to me i felt that the architect is really doesn't did a good job on this, the house price is not cheap and not all the house having this issue is some house mean this is not as what they say is the design like that and 5 toilet 3 toilet is having this issue.

my current house doesn't have this issue.

that the point the house price is not cheap how can they delivery this kind of quality we not only pay for the land we are paying for all.
we do have our own viana group in whatapps and all of us are actually very disappointed with the quality and service.

there is more defect they found and different different case we can see just we didn't explore it here, i posted here is because i'm really disappointing and regret to buy this house.

Dear All Denai Alam, Elmina Chinese resident may i know which day care you all send your kids for 7-12 yr old? my son going to study primary 1 at sjk c subang next year, he currently attend daycare at puchong i already survey 2 day care near by the school but it doesn't look positive for me may i know which day care you all send and how is the feedback... thanks a lot

that center like is for kids below 7, i'm looking 7 yrs old and above..
