Any new buyer of elmina green from january 2019 onwards here? Did anyone get the MOT exemption (1st time home buyers) for the Elmina green units?

Nothing special at HOC.. just the same 7% (bumi) + 6% (rebate) for elmina Green units.. anyone get a different offer?
