Was informed the location of elmina green got to pay 2 tolls at Guthrie highway? For elmina valley only pay 1 toll.....is that true? Anyone can advise?

Simedarby provide a good spec for elmina green as compared to near by development. But unfortunately their location is most far from the elmina city......personally i'm prefer elmina valley, which is near to the Guthrie highway.
