For those who bought Elmina, where do you guys work? What is the distance n time to/from work. Take public or drive to office.

Anyone travel to subang jaya daily? How long is the travel time to and from.

What's the nett price for type A unit now? Or is it better to buy subsale in elmina?

Went to rimbun sanctuary and elmina today with my sister as she is looking for a property. Ribun's package is quite attractive at first, you just have to bring your clothes to move in. Everything else is included. Then we went to elmina and the price is quite attractive for type 2 EG. Then she straight away booked one unit in elmina as the difference for both project is about rm100k and we felt that it is a better choice. Made an appointment with Lutfi. He's a very nice and friendly guy. Gave us a tour in both project.

for this ulu ulu place is better to have extra security when most of the residents working in city centre. To be fair also, living in society, one have to be cosiderate to other residents. If most ppl need it, you should be part of it too if it is not a bad thing. Extra security, why not? And some people also use the excuse "i dont need the extra guard protection" just to leech off others. This is just my opinion, cause I know a relative who live in KV prime location, not paying the security fees. He dont have to pay cause he dont want to, but the security will still be there cause others need it. If dont want to be a part of society, maybe can buy own land and do whatever u wish to. Your money, you suka hati. But jangan susahkan others

I think no. Cause they advertise 0 maintenance. Went to their gallery last weekend. This one just add on for security. The SA there told me, need to wait for a while after vp for the security cause need approval by MBSA and residents.

No show unit for now. They just have some kind of small model just to show the materials of the house such as the door, windows, floors, bathroom, grills, switches and some othet stuffs. You can watch the video on youtube for further exploration on completed units for eg.

When was it? I know about the prime extension since the Adiva2 launched. They said new prime discount - prime extension. Not sure tho if it is already have previously. What i know is that there is no referral fees for prime members for EG Type 2.
