Actually a lot features that i dont know about. Can u or anyone share the actually picture for:

-Foldable handrail for bath? Is it like what we seen at mall/hospital/disable toilet? That steel handrail for old folks?

- then Bluetooth speaker, what ia that? Intercom system between rooms/areas?

- hybrid living room? The hell is that?

May be because I'm too used to see the normal traditional 2-storey layout. I found a bit awkward if kitchen were at front side of the house.
