I am about to get a unit for elmina valley.
Love the place and the design of the units.
Honestly, for current price of 6-700k at this location, is a good buy.

My biggest concern is security and defect.

1) I know there is a neighborhood committee already setup and they already in the process of building up the security for the neighbourhood.
For those already staying there, Is the committee active and committed?

2) For defects, any of you guys encounter FREQUENT repairs for defects?
Cannot avoid defects, but if always need to fix something means that the quality is not good.

Hi guys, i own EV1 house looking to move in mid next year. But i realised my house bad signal for Maxis line.

I would like to know from u homeowners, which telco most stable in the area? I am looking to downgrade my Maxis line anyways, but will consider another telco if that wan more stable in Elmina.

Hmm there's a problem with Elmina every Sunday evening that needs to be resolved.

At the Guthrie Interchange got a ton of riders gathering at the exit and revving their engines very loud.

But what is intimidating is the amount of riders gather there. Sometimes they even control traffic and riding on the wrong lane.

Question : is there anything can be done for this? File police report?

The Ilham Residence project definitely is affected the greatest because its happening behind their houses.

Making the whole location lower value la... and so dangerous using the highway.
