By looking at the masterplan, it looks far away enough. EV1 is the one that’s considered close to the HTC.

Less populated flight path? Flight paths are not like roads for people driving cars. It’s not like an airplane takes a 90 degree turn just before landing or just after take off. It just doesn’t happen. All these flight paths are very likely the safest to approach a runway or leaving it.
