The land size is 20 x 89 not sure the build up yet, but no DIBS for this project. I asked the SA Sime Darby, he said only 100 units for phase1 and the minimum price is 600K. It was me who corrected the polygon on wikimapia. This is simple because of the location brochure I saw. They are including Bukit Subang and Denai Alam as Elmina. Got commercial and industrial zone also..but it could change subject to demand.. but fundamentally, the price for 1st phase should be around >700k..they introduce odd housing plots..such as 100'x50'..meaning the frontage is 100'ft wide..wowAizat, share lah info bro. sales gallery should complete soon..so we just wait see lah |
