hi, i am planning to get elmina green. just ironing out some details and as wondering about the stamp duty waiver. was it full or capped at 5k? since the selling price is around 700k. diff lawyers tell me diff things.

waiting to sign SPA for elmina green. loan offer just went through. seems good also since more things are coming and sime darby staff will be busy.

elmina green is not done with their EGs yet. should be more since now is just EG1. but for the price of less than 700k. i'm not too sure.

is that only for elmina valley people or elmina green people can join there as well?
