The selection of contractors (and after maintenance) very important - surprise that they didnt retain the good one. Their staff handle complaints also need to step up little bit, always tell you they will call back but never.

Like what I say, if you can tahan this "slow" in everything, then Ok lor. Not the top 3 but I appreciate they delivered the fencing promise.

So far the fencing was done but Guardhouse really slow, yesterday I saw they do something in the morning, but nothing change after I go back evening, haha..

Hi, access Dash KL direction through Junction bukit badak YES.
But no exit from Junction Bukit badak, ONLY exit from Junction Subang 2.

Bukit badak only access to KL directon and Puncak direction.

Really selfish and stupid plan. Haha.

Hi, yes i called Prolintas to confirm this, really disappointed.
but they said will widen the road from Airport Road to Denai alam.
Hope the traffic smooth, but still have to passby few traffic light. haha.

SDP really stupid for the plan, if they show to all potential buyer:
Nah! here the layout how to go and come back from KL through DASH, so easy.
I think the sales will bla bla bla..

Now they will get shoot from all buyers because no direct access but SA keep promise have direct access.

The original plan is 2 entrance to DASH nearby Petronas, 1 to PJ and another 1 to Puncak side.

Any existing Elmina Garden resident? Mind to share your personal experience inside the house everyday?

I stay in Elmina Garden 1 year plus already but now I only know have so many airplane every day. Haha..
Actually I can't hear the airplane sound if I don't open my window.
There will be issue if you really like to open windows all the time.

I don't think so, because DASH actually benefit more to Denai Alam only, Elmina Valley or Elmina Garden still far away from DASH Highway due to no direct access from Damansara in Guthric Highway interchange, have to exit subang 2 or New Denai Alam interchange.

Hi, Based on my site observation the exit at subang 2 not revise to petronas.
Petronas only has entrance to KL and entrance to Puncak alam.
I hope so there have exit at petronas. haha..

No exit around Johawaki but have exit in front KFC Subang 2, at least skip the big crowded intersection traffic light.

Agreed not convenience to Denai Alam and Elmina West resident, hopefully Elmina buyers don't expect too much since Sales Agents keep promote this selling point. hahaha..

The best location benefit by Dash is Subang galaxy area, to Kl or to puncak perdana also convenience.

Denai Alam and Elmina have to take around 10-15 minutes to enter the Dash Highway.

The exit Ramp starting here, after traffic light, so after exit should around KFC there already.
At least skip the Heavy traffic jam traffic light.

But still far from Elmina side. haha
