Ensure that you have taken picture of your IC, Driving License, your personal face picture, and Latest Car Insurance Policy (your name must be stated in the policy) for upload purpose.

Sign up with GrabAlpha (specialise on recruiting new driver. Does not need to go to GC centre for verification and training) (usually training will be provided face to face or in whatsapp group)

-Full Malaysian license (no ‘P’) + Malaysian IC
-Car manufacturing year 2008 or newer, minimum Myvi/Axia (economy) (effective from 20/11/2017)

Weekly Payment Cycle: Mon 12:00 am – Sun 11.59 pm

Incentive Payout: Directly topped up to your Credit Balance by Wednesday

Credit Balance Cashout: Excess of RM150 (Auto) as of Tues 11.59pm

Cash Balance (GRABPAY) Cashout: Manual (before end of cycle). Minimum RM10.

Final payout: bank transfer to your account/3rd party every Friday.

- You might get second trip request even you have not drop off the first trip passenger. Just accept it and Grab will inform second trip passenger you are dropping off the first trip passenger. The second trip pick up location usually are very near or same location with the first trip drop off location.

GrabShare
- You might get 2 matched trips at the same time. Both trips passengers want to go same direction or same drop off location. So 2 passengers are only allowed on each trip. It will be either 1+1, 1+2 or 2+2 passengers.

- It is selected by GC for recruiting new driver in easier way.

- RM5 minimum fare guarantee.

- It is created for drivers who do not want to opt for hour guarantee incentive.

Grab-Pro (no longer available since 9th Oct 2017)
- Acceptance rate need at least 88%.
- Hour guarantee incentives.
- For drivers who have competitor driver apps.

Platinium Partner (no longer available)
- Priority Allocation as reward.
- Useful for full-time driver.
- Can get ping easily I believe.
- Enjoy Grab Auto benefits up to 50% (normal 30%)

- Purchase more credits with lower price.
- Good for full time driver.

Grab Hitch (no longer available) (removed on June 2017-before Hari Raya)
- Good for inter-state trip. Example Penang to KL.

- GrabFleet was created to increase the quantity of full time drivers in the market.
- It is only for full time driver.
- There is target base on the fleet. Most of the fleet require driver to work 60 hours and complete 105 trips per week.

Welcome all to V3 thread and also the end of 20% commission era. New drivers registering will now be tax 25% instead same like what Uber is currently doing. Double standard with:

Old timer at 20%
Newbie noob at 25%

5% no big deal? So an old timer earning rm1000 will be able to take home rm800. while a newbie noob will take home rm750.

A lot of cancellation because of the screw up b2b function, verified with CS and they acknowledge the issue and still working with it

guys, i have a question, this morning i was sending a customer and i overlooked he was using promo code, and i charged him full. he also blur and gave me the money. btw, his friend book grab for him.

then i received a message from his friend telling me i made a mistake and i said sorry and bank in his money asap.

the question is, how he got my number after i dropped off his friend? afraid he complained to grab and i might get suspend for this small matter

I think its really high time for public to know that we deserve some respect as they owe us their life for driving them safely to their destination. They will provoke then the driver lose his patience.. Go report.. End up destroying life of an innocent driver who is trying to make extra money to support his life even though he is highly educated still have to Obey to 16 17 yo wasted sperms who is jst enjoying on parents money. I sure these who take grab and behave rudely is definitely already been banned by ubler for bad behaviour n rating.

I am RETIRED. Only serves as a good rider now. A very good rider. If every rider is like me, all drivers will be happy. Sometimes when I book klia trip, i will call driver ask him, u really want to take this trip or u desperate of AR. If he happy, i ask him to come. Hahaha..

Nowadays doing Incentive also tiring, cannot ignore too much job, end up fare RM10-15 also sapu on peak hour provided it is not heading to heavily jam area like KL city.

I realize a lot flexi driver around, probably because of low incentive and low rating, a lot of silent rider killing driver by giving 3-4 stars without realizing how damaging it is.

Imma only one still stick to incentive? Omg

I also got one old woman going to airport few days ago. Tell me she is rushing. After i ask her flight time, it is 9pm. Around 6.30pm when she is in my car Tell her chill we 100% can reach airport before 7.30pm. Still keep make "zet zet" sound and complaint slow all the way. Really don't know what she rush for. I just ignore and OS in heart, "1. you want to die but i don't want to die because of speeding." "2. if accident, i bet you 100% won't cover it"

This few days indeed b2b features indeed very "tricky"

After pick up rider from Mid valley towards LRT Taman Jaya, immeadiately after i press pick up, i received another ping from Mid valley also to Cheras pandan Indah.

I am not even close to the 1km radius of 1st rider drop off location and i immeadiately get a ping.

Grab tricks to drop our AR or apps bug issues?

chasing incentive, follow the cb requirements will vomit blood. Cant sleep well...

I called grab regarding this. They said just accept it.

I called up Cs ,he asked me to restart the hand phone. So far problem solve. Maybe you can try.

Restart handphone won't help, it is Grab system who screw up the b2b function

this will lead to high cancellation rate (driver/rider) coz tak tahan tunggu and low rating by rider (hati panas driver lambat sampai). Grab akan untung if no need to pay incentives.

Raider can check back their trip history on the raider apps, it will show ur profile included name, tel number, fare etc, but he can,t change the rating, dun,t worry to much.

Same , what I did now is immediately off the available for job button after pick up . Then slide on before arriving to rider destination .

thing is scared whether incentive still counted or not when you off the available button after pick up...I know others have said incentive still Jalan but will wait until this week top up day to confirm if the incentive amount is reflect this or only when the available button is on.

still not fixed yet today? Or it is permanent feature?

well I have your answer.... system error on their side.... I also like you had duplicate top up.... grab just deducted the amount from my cash wallet (first time ever see negative amount as I had already cashed out).

this happened to me before. what I did was, I wrote an email to grab and inform them to deduct the RMXX amount from my wallet and return the RMXX to the passenger in terms of special promo code. after doing this, u can inform the passenger. it works.

Hope grab can add on a new feature by using grab cash wallet pay for toll and petrol. Using QrCode to pay. It's will save us a lot of time if we urgently use money to buy petrol. Cheers

'generally' we are all in Flexi until we meet all the requirement to become Pro

Switch off available immediately after accepting ping. That's the only way to solve the problem at the moment.
