Many rider thinks 4stars is ok for driver.
But you need to tell grandmother story to let them know that 5stars can change their driver's life.

Just tell them,  if all riders continuously give 4 stars to driver,  driver rating dropped below 4.0 then cant drive grab.  will affect the fare plus the driver availability which mean indirectly affect your daily routine,  then u need to get taxi.

Hahahaha KLCC is a hot area many crazy taxi driver there furthermore my car full with grab stickers they already honk at me playsafe . Lulz

My DR keep go up and down in home screen,
MOn to Wed drop to 4.77, Thurs 4.82, now end of Friday is 4.8
Think Sat end tab in incentive will show my DR is 4.8

Starting from Last Friday evening I noticed the B2b seems to behave more like before, (mostly) will give next pickup near to the first rider dropoff. However if you are in very high density area like KL city center, still dare not turn on available button until after dropoff.

I face similar a situation as you. I notice that my DR will drop whenever there's B2B and college student jobs. B2B caused long waiting time for the customers due to far pickup distance, hence the unhapiness. And for college students, I dont know... maybe they r just hard to satisfy with my humble Axia. Sometimes they can be quite rude and demanding too.

Heehee I guess earning a honest living is not easy nowadays. I treat everyday as a learning experience.

Of course I know. That's why I mine is 4.8 just to enjoy incentives. The problem is I get all this butthurt drivers who want to show off their DR comparing to mine, just because I said I don't mind if I am paid an extra 10 20 % if someone is willing to pay ( which was the topic in the first place ) because a guy posted in his Twitter. Someone willing to pay more for Starbucks instead of coffee shop , if I'm the owner of Starbucks I will be stupid to say no right? Even though my coffee taste like shit?

Then I said if grab came out with another category for riders to choose car brand ( because there are stories of riders giving low ratings because it's a national car), all this drivers who come out saying they scared to drive at uni come out as just bash me. Why don't instead you go bash the driver who post that they get low ratings and tell them it's because it's their driving problem and not because of the car they drive? And then post your DR rating tell him you drive those students etc doesn't have impact at your ratings .

Chill la bro...hati panas when driving Grab, what for? Since the situation like this is so terrible for you, why dont you go drive Uber for now, and then when GRab finally improve (if they improve), then only come back do Grab? We here will report one if Grab improve.

Episode 60: Critical issue regarding pickup more than 3km++

Firstly, aku dah minta izin rider  utk upload video ni,

Keduanya, nak inform kepada semua driver, agar berhati2 dengan glitch terbaru dan terlatest dari Grab ni, probably you guys dah alami sendiri pickup point yg lebih dari 3km++

So ramai yang dah kena glitch ni, yang tak bernasib baik, kena ban sbb cancellation yang tinggi dari rider + driver. Please OFFLINE jika tak sanggup pickup jauh2 dan please jangan call rider ask to cancel. Its useless to explain to rider ETA sebenar since ETA di app rider berlainan (refer post 59).

Kepada driver yg terkena glitch ni, harap dpt atleast upload booking ID, screenshoot waze etc. Reports atau feedback tanpa booking ID umpama mencurah air ke daun keladi, sbb technical team tak dpt check which trip yg problem utk cari root cause.

Glitch ni dikesan seawal minggu lepas. Namun GDMA hanya dpt feedback pada team management hari ini. RIP pada driver2 terkena kesan glitch ni dan diban pada mggu lepas.

Kepada fraud team Grab, if you read this, please have human consideration till this problem solve by technical team Grab.

Minta tolong pada semua driver, up post ni, jangan biarkan tenggelam dgn post2 biasa sebelum technical team solvekan glitch ni, jangan biarkan glitch ni berlarutan seperti glitch B2B yg dah masuk bulan kedua.

Aku yakin GRAB bukan sengaja, sebab glitch ni dan glitch B2B bukan menguntungkan mereka sebaliknya kerugian tinggi. Driver dan rider juga sama2 menanggung kerugian masa, energy dan minyak akibat glitch ni.

So kepada yg masih blur2 ingat aku keje ngan Grab, lol... Aku pun driver mcm hangpa gak...Issue ini sgt critical, GRAB boleh bungkus kalau diorang pandang enteng glitch ni.... Glitch b2b kita boleh slide off lagi... Glitch yg ini mmg x boleh nak lari oiiii.... Matilanak...
