thing is scared whether incentive still counted or not when you off the available button after pick up...I know others have said incentive still Jalan but will wait until this week top up day to confirm if the incentive amount is reflect this or only when the available button is on.

this few days got annoying ad/banner on top of the drop off screen when rider using grabpay.... to remind you not to collect cash because rider used grab pay. problem is a few times already, if you don't click the close button on that reminder... it won't let the drop off process continue, ie when you click the drop off button nothing happens... force you to close the grab pay banner first.

Hi all. Lets all become thick face ask for 5star. Then riders will know this rating really imporant to us. My rating also drop already.

I dont know if the riders app shows the same rate meaning as drivers?? Meaning 5star= ok. If rider app shows 4star=ok, Then its not same standard. We sure will lose. How to know which pasenger give us low rating? We dont know. Maybe grab dont like you and purposely lower your rating? Rating and comment of each rider should be seen by driver in history. Then we know which incident and can improve.

I never use rider app before. One day must try.

i look at it driving as 11am to 5pm all P during weekdays is not worth it for full time. this period hard to get incentive....

though more trip than teksi but actually worse than teksi driver as fare is lower and need to pay 20% to Crapcar.

Early pick-up, delayed dropoff, pick-up or drop off at different locations, same area more than 1 hour etc are those classified as shift in driving behaviour...

How much hour u spend to get that fare, net is around 288 which is not bad at all.

For flexi got one trick to avoid outstation trip is to maintain your credit wallet within RM15-RM30, for example your credit wallet now is RM20, max u can accept job is RM100, even genting job also won't come in, except Seremban Nilai. But the drawback is u need to keep top up, u might want to buy separate RM10 voucher and reload when need to use. This is an flexi driver sharing to me, workable or not i don't really know.

Click offline when u accept a job, like this won't kena b2b especially Grab system haywire, take some rest and go into area and online to get high fare. It sound easy but u need a lot experience to do that, firstly need to familiarize area demand pattern.

Even veteran flexi driver don't like Airport trip, waiting there can be torturing unless u got Uber apps and switch on and wait for the queue.

Incentive is in. And can confirm mkboy,yhtan and willem's tips as good.

Can off after passenger pickup and on before dropoff. No incentive impact.
Though, grab can always change it discreetly on how app /incentive works moving forward though.

They can all always say t&c says online and available only get incentive.
