A lot of cancellation because of the screw up b2b function, verified with CS and they acknowledge the issue and still working with it

While passing by shopping mall, i saw a lot grunted passenger when passenger enter my car laugh.gif

Nowadays doing Incentive also tiring, cannot ignore too much job, end up fare RM10-15 also sapu on peak hour provided it is not heading to heavily jam area like KL city.

I realize a lot flexi driver around, probably because of low incentive and low rating, a lot of silent rider killing driver by giving 3-4 stars without realizing how damaging it is.

The incentive is pro-rated to minutes u online, read back what we have discussed in the previous thread

What's the benefit for maintain that platinum status? To get 5x mesra card?

Seriously most of us are in Silver or Gold, i didn't bother to hit Platinum with the stringent requirement.

I can vouch that Cheras area is short trip heaven, but it is a nightmare to drive there during peak hour with the amount of traffic

I once stuck inside there for 2-3 hrs and no job going out of that area, have to offline and take a rest

Grab had secretly amended their fare recently

Base fare = RM1 (Old rate)
Base fare = RM2 (New rate)

Per km pricing still the same
Per km on peak hour = RM1.4
Per km on non-peak hour = RM1.1

This is why i hardly see any trip at RM3, mostly at RM4 or RM5 for short trip, Grab customer kept in the dark with the amendment doh.gif

6pm-7pm quite tricky time to drive as traffic is quite peak, but the fare can be quite high on certain area, For eg last week i fetched one customer from KL Sentral office area to PJ near UM, fare is around RM17 with high fare. Need to be smart and camp at area where high fare will appear.

6-8pm is incentive driver time, after that not much incentive driver on road already, u may try to aim at those shopping mall waiting for high fare trip or sapu everything since traffic will be better icon_rolleyes.gif

How much hour u spend to get that fare, net is around 288 which is not bad at all.

For flexi got one trick to avoid outstation trip is to maintain your credit wallet within RM15-RM30, for example your credit wallet now is RM20, max u can accept job is RM100, even genting job also won't come in, except Seremban Nilai. But the drawback is u need to keep top up, u might want to buy separate RM10 voucher and reload when need to use. This is an flexi driver sharing to me, workable or not i don't really know.

Click offline when u accept a job, like this won't kena b2b especially Grab system haywire, take some rest and go into area and online to get high fare. It sound easy but u need a lot experience to do that, firstly need to familiarize area demand pattern.

Even veteran flexi driver don't like Airport trip, waiting there can be torturing unless u got Uber apps and switch on and wait for the queue.

Outstation trip normally not worth it, unless they willing to pay extra

Genting is a pleasure to drive but it will hurt your brake pad and also gearbox when coming down, try out driving in klang valley and see how much u can get icon_rolleyes.gif

RM29 can receive job up to RM145, that's why u still can receive job to Genting Highland

Ytd system down from 6pm to 6.40pm, 7pm i online in KL high fare everywhere, basically 100% surge when u pick them up, all face black black and waiting Uber i guess laugh.gif

Uber surge to 3x or more if not mistaken, those who do yesterday night sure enjoy it

As usual Grab system is crap, b2b function screw up 1 week still unable to fix, the last time system down is on May and it happened again, i remember some bro here trying to chase AR and system down out of sudden.

20 seconds as usual, background in blue confirm is GS job

now it will show how many person
1= 1 person
1-2 = 2 person

Cancellation rate maintain below 10% to enjoy incentive, i remember there is one week where bad ass rider which raise my cancellation rate to 20%+ by tuesday, by weekend i manage to pull it to below 5%. As usual don't simply job and u are good to go.

Grab is upfront fare, RM10 fare + RM5 Toll - RM2 (20% commission on RM10) = RM13

In your apps will only show summary (daily/weekly) RM10 as your earning

Did u mean customer change drop off location? If yes open Grab apps and re-quote the fare with customer consent. If got 2 drop off location, ask him cancel and book using multi stop. Your duty is to fetch him to his destination which he key in.
