same like me.. drive daily 9pm-12pm..sometimes extend to 2am
weeken..full..

but accept big fare only..normally above rm15 sure take..rm10 and above..think2 1st

hi guys..

always check yur wallet balance
i sudah kene masa ini grab

last friday night..i saja2 check my wallet..
suddenly got -ve rm33.. so shock..what happen to my money
check history..got 1 refund rm65 to grab..WTF

ok call CS..
CS said..this refund because i complete job..and not sending rider to airport
this 2 month later punya booking..then i said..how come like that...
i already complete nice this job..send to rider to airport..
then how come u said i not complete the job..
then the CS check again..
he said..ohh this customer..got 2 booking in same time..and this 2 booking is to me..
wahh..can meh like that... hmm.gif hmm.gif
that why rider call grab and ask for refund..
then i said..how come can a driver got 2 booking in same time?
i remember this rider..somekind of mau tipu punya style
sudah la gi airport mau naik 5 org..i pickup..and i ask him to pay extra rm40 cash for extra ppl..
at least he save rm5 for 6s order..he agreed..

now my case is pending..grab is checking..
but now its true..grab only listen to rider only...

case solved...
not my mistake..
this customer..1st order use promo code..then no one pickup..
then 2nd booking..use grab pay i accept the job
the problem is... customer call grab..asking for he promo code that not use..
then grab simply go do refund the grabpay..and deduct my wallet..

in my history... only 1 grabpay credit to my wallet..
they (grab) admit they false..and return my money back..

so..advice..do check your wallet regularly and job history

if your become dirty bcoz of the rider..u can call CS..
then they ask u to send to basuh... and take receipt..email to them

same case if rider vommit inside your car..

but the pity thing..they pay inside your credit..not cash wallet.. doh.gif
