Yesterday:

App problem cannot drop off, much less going to the b2b pickup.

Some jobs no toll when sending, but need to pass toll when leaving or picking up new rider.

One party of 3 booked grabshare...bringing along 4 sets of duvet. In the end can only fit all the duvet and 1 person. I can't even see the rear view. Luckily trip is short and no match.

One party of 2 booked grabshare...bringing some amount of shopping bags. Informed them got a matched ride, then they act dumb. Then at 2nd pick up point, no show.

What a bad day.

I don't think I eyed on how many people are booking the GS...did it show on the 10 second screen? I'm pretty sure they only booked for 1 person but 3 person show up as they usually do. But for whatever reason you cancel, it draws upon your cancellation rate. Grab doesn't care as it will be beneficial to them since they have a higher possibility of not needing to pay incentives...Like the no show GS case I have above.

Just out of curiosity, can we get money out of the credit balance? I think that is where the incentive went in.

Can grab actually verifies if a booking is made from a living phone number?
Many cases the rider is nowhere to be found, call *the number is not in service*, chat don't see/respond.

means I should take the gross income minus commission, then deduct the petrol amount, that will be my taxable income? can I deduct my car insurance also?

Today my last passenger is two bags of char siu rice...the stall owner uses grab to deliver to the underprivileged people, he said since also cannot finish sell, just give them away to the needy. Paid for the fare and toll using GrabPay LOL Seems like selling char siu rice makes better bucks than slaving grab.

Hi all seasoned drivers, this mark my 1 month as a driver for Grab, and I made a simple excel spreadsheet to track my earning to see if it is worth to continue (as part time)

Problem is since I'm not with finance background knowledge and Grab's complicated pay structure, I'm not sure if the excel file (and calculation) I make made sense.
