i still havent receive it although i got the sms saying im entitled for the GA incentive

anyone kena report for car cleanliness before? my car were clean all the time and can see that from my rating.. 95% rated 5 stars but wtf kena 1 report on cleanliness will it affect my incentive or soft ban?  |
