when demand is high, many passenger requesting for rides, then the fare is high.
both Uber and Grab using the same formula to add in surcharge.

so statement above is incorrect. don't believe, everyday at different time you try request both apps and compare the fare. there are times Uber expensive, there are times Grab expensive.

and smart passenger will always compare first before requesting.

60-70% to 30-40% fare. Imagine collecting fare only RM300 but incentive amount is RM700 when enter your account the following week.
