Today bad luck kena 3 time passenger no show report operator then cancel.1) rider arab phone no. chat me wait at gate klcc . The location pickup near Jalan p ramli.dun know cancel. 2)pickup location lebuh ampang,but inform me putrajaya dun want to cancel.3) india temple at tun hs lee.arrive in 3min.rider no show call cut off my phone.call 4time ask me to cancel.call cs report.call against rider and the my 2nd phone to let cs listen what The rider say. cs promise me to personal report direct to The relevant dept. to ban The rider account.check with cs when you transit rider evan you turn off available button. The hour coverage are count.aftet drop off no count.need to turn on.need to work hard to maintain my platinum status.

RM0 GRAB: Peringatan: kami mendapati jumlah CANCELLATION anda (driver + passenger) untuk minggu lepas (07/08 - 13/08)) adalah lebih tinggi daripada kadar purata Grabber yang lain. Selain itu, ada juga passenger mengadu anda minta mereka cancel tanpa sebab kukuh. Sila offline jika tidak dapat menerima tempahan.

Yesterday I found a WIFI module left in my car at 1.30pm and nobody call me to claim back the thing. When I finish work at today morning 0030am I call up CS to report the issue. When I sleep well and hear my phone ringing at 0330am and I unable answer call and the call cut off. I receive a message as bellow:

GRAB : Hi Mr Phang, there is passenger who left WiFi module for booking IOS-37212777-2-987. We already temporary suspend your account due your phone no unable be reach. Kindly do update to us by replying this msg or by calling support team.

I call up to CS why you suspend my account and I am the one who report the case. She check and found out the status I am the one who report. She say can't do any thing. I say how can you suspend my account? She reply this is company procedure if CS call no reply, they got the right to suspend. I say this is early in the morning. did you expect people can manage to answer your call while people are sleep well at that time. CS keep on say sorry about the issue but no action.

There is how CS work and they training keep on say sorry about the issue happen to you. Sorry is the only keyword they learn.

I will going to GRAB in the morning to query.

Pls screen capture for your chat screen for time I am here more then 5min b4 you cancel.This is The proof you cancel wait more then 5min and do The 3min for GS and multi drop.

at night sogo TA GRAB drop off point always station with taxi.difficult to pick rider. need to call rider early.

If the rider didn't rate you, your rating will drop by some calculation by the system. The more trip you drive, Pls ask rider to rate you. You can check with CS they will tell you.

Today start job at 6am kena job from KAJANG, to bangla emmbasy fare RM 38.Time 30min.After drop off instant ping come in from Jalan gombak to TBS fare RM 31 distance 15km time 20 min. reach TBS at 7.05 AM. 1Hour RM 69. The rider from gombak told me he had book for 30 min can't get driver and keep on cancel.

Today got one rider boarding my Car with Durian in paper bag can't see. After board smell Durian appear.Off my air cond and open 4 window.Durian are not allow to board. He say short distance 3min drive. no choice Jalan lah. After drop off open air con to 4speed for 5min Only clear The smell.
