Agree agree...most days are OK or good now, today BAD...stress!!!
Last time I'm ever accepting a job to Sentul Timur area during rush hour. Riders here all sesat (literally)...apartment blocks no numbers, sesat like hell, ask them which block they will say "follow Waze la."...or "in front turn left"...like front of your HEAD??    Then after a while cannot wait they say OK cancel...then still no cancel..have to cancel for them. Put either Pax no show or Pax request to cancel. F*** them. How F'up was it? 8 am block, only managed one $4 trip. Spend almost 20 minutes looking for that f*cker. Then from 845am-9am got FIVE straight cancellations. (Today got some religious festival in temples near Sentul).

Why did I end up there? Picked up a mapren from Pelangi Utama...dress well in suit, 7am, OK la maybe he's OK. Nope....almost reaching....suddenly say "can turn here I need to go ATM".....

Next time I'll just say "pay me what you can" then report to CS that customer did not have enough cash to pay full fare.

thank you thank you...maybe one day I'll drive slowly around that area, explore a bit. Problem is today roads around temple super jam....got cows on road some more.  Best part is I get ping while on Sentul Timur LRT side to go Jln Sentul, have to go thru that jam, 25 mins on Waze....customer ask "but my app here show 3 mins only"

That place got shortcuts??? OK lah must explore. Seems like every place I tried turning into still kena blocked by jam road. EVen when I make illegal turns.

last night dropoff at jalan ipoh (RM10 fare) then JAM around 40 minut there....  

I wish waze is able to show all shortcut way... even set as fastest... still waze bring me a long cut sometimes in KL.

i used to stay Batu 5 Jalan Ipoh. so most of time start Grab either Taman Batu Muda/ Jalan Kuching/

OMG Sentul raya Blvd that's where I Kena today... problem is when I call get the "number not in service tone"... then stress.. but not sure to cancel or not. because this place also Kena few times fake booking.
how you deal with riders who don't pick up our are uncontactable?

Most important thing is make sure your phone got air cond to cool down, if not sure spoil very fast.
