Anyone got warning from Grab? Saying my cancellation rate too high for last week..and passenger complain I ask them to cancel without reason.

Last week was a crappy week for all of us. Plus I dun simply ask ppl to cancel, I remembered I asked few to cancel because the b2b ping was from the same location. I even communicate nicely to them and for those reluctant I press cancel on my own. So beh song report me?
