Much like the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, it will not be available on the Galaxy Note 7. However, Samsung’s Adaptive Fast Charging is here – which is about the speed of Quick Charge 2.0 from Qualcomm. So you’ll be able to charge your Galaxy Note 7 quickly, but perhaps not as quickly as a Quick Charge 3.0 charger would allow. That’s a bit unfortunate, but this is likely to keep the user experience the same for everyone, since their Exynos processors don’t support Quick Charge 3.0.

This problem was heavily discussed in
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Official Discussion Thread Version 4. The problem seems to be more apparent on the Black Onyx units due to the larger sample size compared to the Gold Platinum & Silver Titanium. Particularly, owners highlighted that this issue came immediately after they updated their Note 7, right out of the box.
In an attempt to find a solution, several LYN users here have sent their Note 7 to their preferred Samsung Service Centers for inspection by the service staffs. Initially, all fingers point to a firmware-related problem but as more and more owners send their units back to their respective Service Centers, the source of the bootloop issue is hardware-related. Specifically, the problem originated from the logic motherboard.
In light of this issue, Samsung Malaysia Electronics currently offers either a logic motherboard replacement scheme or a 1-to-1 replacement scheme. A mixed number of users have successfully resolved the issue by choosing one of those options.

Owners who are putting extra pressure when inserting the S Pen back in the Note 7's silo can cause the stylus to get stuck. Specifically, the top of the pen will not bounce back up, with the Pen remaining sunk deeper than the metal side surface of the phone. A number of tech reviewers on the internet also reported similar issues with their S-Pen.
So be gentle with the stylus, as you only need to press it in lightly, and if you do get the S Pen stuck you should resist the urge to keep pushing, as rather than causing it to spring back up this will apparently get it even more stuck. Some users on the internet have found that using a pin or a needle to carefully pry the S Pen back up will solve the problem.

A small number of users here pinpointed that their units were emitting so much heat during charging to the point where they can no longer comfortably hold without burning their palms. Not only that, some owners came back and reported that their Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is overheating after several hours of usage.
There could be a good chance that a third-party application is the cause of the overheating Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The best way to check this issue is by holding down the Powerbutton and then tap and hold on Power off until you see Reboot to Safe Mode and then tap Restart. It should say safe mode in the lower left corner. If the problem is gone then you know it’s being caused by a third-party app. You can try uninstalling one by one to track it down or go for a factory reset.
