I remembered you guys were mentioning about the settings bug on the top right corner? I tried pressing it a few times and it didn't register!
Only works after a restart..

Eh, so there's no condition to the replacement program like the phone must be scratchless, must be in good condition, accessories in the box just be complete etc?
