I have received my pre-order Black Note 7 from Maxis KLCC on 18th August.

My unit don't have any problem for me and have updated the firmware.

Why so worry about those issues which may not happening on you?

Just call 1800 will be OK.

According to CS they just take your Name, Contact number, IMEI & Serial ..then just sit back and wait.
