there seems to be a lag when typing messages using Samsung KB, sometimes words get deleted also very weird.

Me too. I resent my email to them, whereby they responded by asking me to attach screenshot of my IMEI pula. Below is their email request:

just an update!

wohoo, phone sent in Lowyat service center, collect within 3 hours.

luckily got screen replacement for black color.

will slap on maximum protection from now onwards!
