side question, i checked that my phone's warranty isn't registered, so i emailed Samsung. however, Samsung's E Warranty service is not entertaining my email. i believe i have most of the documents sent along when i emailed them. if i would to ask, i remember there's someone here can help to register the warranty. who was he/she again?

As reported by several members here, I'm also guy suffering from Smart Select Lasso bug. The phone's touch screen went unresponsive for a while until I leave it for 10 minutes and everything goes smooth again.
