QUOTE(zoozooka @ Aug 26 2016, 04:49 PM) How did you persuade the SC to replace a new unit? Do we need to raise the voice and put on mad angry face or else we get hp repaired only. I didn't get angry nor raised voice with them but sternly state to them what I wanted. Also in my work sheet states I do not want the phone to be fixed. You can request them to write it in. QUOTE(CAC@MBO @ Aug 26 2016, 06:46 PM) meaning you go complaint, they do a set form of complain letter and type all the info. then only you sign? izit something like that? so seeing they write "cust want new set, refuse repair" etc only sign? Yup. It's the same process if you send it back to fix. Only difference is I requested for a new unit. Make sure all info is correct before you sign and that's it. + prepare your whole box set & receipt if you want them to do a replacement This post has been edited by kcimo: Aug 26 2016, 06:52 PM

QUOTE(desmondk @ Sep 1 2016, 11:38 AM) Sent my phone with box to SC last week(25th), no news until now. so sad. I sent mine in 26th for 1-to-1 exchange and received this msg this morning. RM0.00 This is an update on your Samsung SM-N930FD repair. It is still in process. We hope to complete the repair as soon as possible. We apologize for delay. For me I rather wait till they solve the issue until the phone is officially launched rather than holding a time bomb guessing when will it die again. Haiz......
