QUOTE(garrick86 @ Aug 26 2016, 05:07 PM) Sien, was told 2 hours at Sunway Pyramid that they changed motherboard directly for me due to the random restart issue. You shouldn't have wait. Leave it there and tell them to get back to you once its 100% fix.Now after 2 hours, they said it is still under diagnostic and Samsung need to run alot of test and get approval for motherboard change. WTF! So I have to wait for another 1 hour. Reached 2.30pm and the phone need few hours for testing? Simply unbelievable. |

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Aug 30 2016, 04:18 PM) kinda interesting note: S7 is still using the old touchwiz UI. N7 is brand new UIIf the reports are to be believed, the issues appear to be limited to the Exynos variant of the Galaxy Note 7. Samsung has not yet acknowledged the issues so it’s unclear what’s the reason behind all this. but isn't this the same chipset used on the S7 series? if new processor, i can understand. but iinm, only difference is between S7 series and Note7 series are: S-Pen, bigger screen. and 64GB base storage. |

Surprisingly my SP that covered even the edge (was installed by LYP ground floor Samsung) doing well. I suspect that I am using the wallet case to be one of the reason.

Salty water is an issue. But my XperiaZ is still going strong after numerous tap water washing (oily face,). Just make sure that you don't expose it for long time.
