Yours is quite okay, but I got one SMS 2 days ago saying like 'hmm Note 7, scared explode' on my sale. Seriously? Is that guy pure lonely or what.

I went there, the SA just ask me to fill in my particulars and didn't offer any courtesy phone nor ask to return the phone.  Asked if it's safe to use and dare not say anything but just make sure don't charge overnight...  And, there is no clear instructions from HQ it seems.

I wonder what is what now...  It only makes us more confused without any concrete information on what should we do about it or do they really want to wait until first incident in Malaysia?  This is really bad...

S6 Edge, IINM the bezel easily scratch. That's why I'm using metal bumper on my S6E IM.
Is that a trick from Samsung to ask loaner to pay for the repair? laugh.gif

They don't even ask me to leave my phone to them nor any courtesy phone. No idea on the compensation for the original screen protector that I got it from their store also... It's real sad even that the phone is amazing so far...

You need to accept the fact that the local culture is that it will not be THAT effective as we thought it will be. Don't care if you are MNC or small player. It takes time for the instructions to deliver from top to bottom.

If you look back at the Maxis PR disaster all the same. And the Immigresen passport issue, and... and... too much to cover.

All i can say is, jaga your backyard now. If you think the phone is not safe to use, don't use it. No need to keep barking on them for it.

Otherwise, you can proceed with the legal action in due course.

You can also personally Livechat with them if you are shy to call them.

http://www.samsung.com/my/info/contactus.html

If you have a Note 7 and you haven't contacted SME, better you do so because they want to take down your info and then their Marketing team will call you back to solve this 1-to-1 issue. I'm guessing nobody has received a call yet, maybe once they called, they would give you a choice to return the phone or not. Who knows? At the mean time, just wait....
It's ok bro. That's why we need this forum! biggrin.gif

I have contacted them but the lady didn't said the marketing team will contact me. Instead she ask me to send to service centre directly.

Do I need to call again?
