Samsung shipment delayed is due the battery explosion cases. They need to double check for quality control.

Walked in last Friday. Already told them I want to change a new unit. They said HQ will response by this week.

Just contacted Samsung via live chat, the guy said my case is still currently pending.

called the samsung careline just now. mentioned to them I sent in my phone with box last week to sc. they asked for my phone number and check the status. THen they asked me to call the sc I sent to.

called the sc. the girl said that my replacement unit is arrived but they are not allow to release it to me as the new one is from the old batch. I need to wait for their call when the new batch is arrived.

I don't think you need to call to have a replacement.
Those 'registration' thingy we did, probably just the cs try to chill our t*ts.
Just stay tuned for SME to call you for the replacement detail.
of course, you can always call them or head to the sc if you're feeling uneasy.

same here... I sent in mine 25th.
I dun mind getting the new replacement late as I still have my note3 working perfectly well.
Just hope that the new batch can be problemless...
