Samsung shipment delayed is due the battery explosion cases. They need to double check for quality control.

called the samsung careline just now. mentioned to them I sent in my phone with box last week to sc. they asked for my phone number and check the status. THen they asked me to call the sc I sent to.
called the sc. the girl said that my replacement unit is arrived but they are not allow to release it to me as the new one is from the old batch. I need to wait for their call when the new batch is arrived. |
