Cheers mate ... same with me ... I'm still having my Note 3 with me now and it's perfect ... not even lagging ... The only reason I got the Note 7 is because my company lets us claim about 1k every 3 years for phone and the pre order freebies is attractive ... after initial complaints I still try to be positive as my unit is still good *touch wood* ... but 1 page back ... seems like battery also got problem .... damn Samsung ... don't disappoint your supporters ... This is really get scary ....

edit: Honestly I was also looking forward to tomorrow's gear S3 launch ... I was about to ask anyone here is hyped for it ... but ... seems like now I also have second thought about Samsung "first batch" stuff now ... aihhh ... I've been longing for a smartwatch ... maybe get Moto 360 2016 ... wait for IFA next week

Anyone installed Shutapp or Greenify on their Note 7 ? I tried and it needs to turn on some accessibility settings and when i do that, it says:

Shutapp and secure start up cannot be ON at the same time, would u like to turn off secure start up ...

Then i just select no ... so we can't use shutapp and greenify ? I noticed that once we open Waze, it will run in background even if close ... I just want to kill this app with shutapp/greenify

I had no intention of even keeping it long simply because of its size.  However though is the best Android i had used i dare not recommend it now due to the quality issues reported
Potential buyers should wait possibly another 2-3 months until Samsung had make an official statement and solve the current issues.
BTW I read only Korean made sets had explosion problems due to its Korean outsourced battery. Our Msian sets are made in Vietnam and using China outsourced battery and hopefully unlikely will have such problems.
My next potential buy would be possibky ZTE Axon 7 , Mate9? ZTE would be my first try of it.

Replacement 1 to 1 means fullbox replacement or only phone?if phone only, its no more same imei as on the box. Anyone have an idea or checked with sammy?

Bringing it to court cost a lot of money. Big companies can drive the plantiff out of money by playing the dragging game and delay the court. This is how some of the malaysian businessmen make money and be rich. To steal from others and nothing they could do about it.
Not sure about many class action here in Malaysia. Does it even work?

Hope all manufacturers learnt from mistakes. Return back the REMOVABLE  ‌‌‌battery.!!!

With removable battery, we just plug in the fully charged but "cool" state/temperature. If fixed ‌battery, we keep on "use-charge-use-charge-use-charge" non-stop that makes the heat prolong forever inside the same trap-in-water-tight-body of the phone....

Seems like alot of people are seriously disappointed in Note 7 in light of the recent issues.

But for me, it's still one of the best and sexiest HP available now. So will stick to it. Hopefully Samsung will sort things out smoothly.
