Sien, was told 2 hours at Sunway Pyramid that they changed motherboard directly for me due to the random restart issue.

Now after 2 hours, they said it is still under diagnostic and Samsung need to run alot of test and get approval for motherboard change. WTF!

So I have to wait for another 1 hour. Reached 2.30pm and the phone need few hours for testing? Simply unbelievable.

Maybe just post thread everywhere and complain regarding the service/response. Good for Samsung future marketing.

after applying the otterbox glass sp, i kinda feel that the screen is less sensitive now. i experienced this while i was whatsapp-ing with my friends just now. i have to press slightly harder when typing.

even tho it doesn't really bother me, and i don't even know if this is normal, still perhaps u guys should wait for better option(s)

Just installed full body clear SP at Mobile Outfitters in Pyramid. Quality of installation is very good (the girl messed up the rear film a bit, she straight away took it off, printed new one and started again), the film is a perfect cut (you can only tell there is a SP if you look at the cutouts for the speaker, camera, button etc). Includes strips of film to protect most of the metal side band also.

Lifetime warranty, even against scratches.

Downside is that it's TPU film la, so you know the limitations, but given the options available on the market I felt it was a fair price (esp with the warranty!).

my phone just died, 5th aug, viet, stucked at hsbc app from 2.22pm till now with 100% brightness, i cant even turn it off, anyone have ideas to make it at least to turn off? i gonna rush to sunway pyramid service center from klang now.

The supplied usb cable from travel adaptor support fast charging.

Sometimes the phone cannot detect fast charging. Try replug the cable and etc.

Is tis proven 

Maybe samsung give the phone that somebody return back for defect unit to replace other customer defect unit.

Reading owners comments/feedbacks about issue here makes me wonder either I should open it or just let it go.
So far my s7e served me really well. Not a single issue. Superior battery life is a plus point but the temptation of new phone pretty strong.
The past few years changing new phone every 6 months not healthy thus before this telling myself at least 1 year. If open/unbox this note7, need to have strong will power need to last at least till note8. Hmph.....

I was at 1utama samsung service centre too earlier to enquire regarding the smart warranty after reading so many issues.  I saw a few note 7 owners there also.  Phobia abt my own unit.  *touchwood*
