Mind low sRGB display and non-upgradeable RAM? Fine with gaming laptop? No preference on weight?

For the display I think it doesn't matter as long decent, RAM i think 8 GB should be enough, gaming laptop OK as long battery can last long, no preference on weight at the moment. Its my first laptop, so i don't know much. Maybe you can throw in some list and I will google it? Thank you!

low sRGB display will be dull, prefer high sRGB. non-upgradeable RAM should be no problem if installed RAM 8gb or more.

tbh there aren't much 15 inch regular laptops with high sRGB display

Display not so important, better have upgradable ram just in case, if u want a figure, is possible to get something like that in 4k?

ssd basically makes whole os much more responsive, faster loading times too

Yes, however the difference shouldn't be significant - 3500u/3700u has slightly better efficiency compared to Ryzen 2500u/2700u

RAM and SSD prices are cheaper if you upgrade by yourself (4GB 2400MHz, Kingston A1000 240GB)

- weight: no specific (<2kg ok)
- battery life long: charged all the way so shud be no problem
- dont mind low sRGB, no gaming needs, need up-gradable RAM & SSD

I came across with a few posts with similar requirements, and I had my eyes on Acer Swift 3, but this is what they offer rn swift 3 RM2399 is a no for me as it's i3, and they recommend me to take Aspire 5 RM2549. I am thinking about swift 3 RM2799 or Aspire 5 RM2549. Care to enlighten what are pros and cons or any other model also can. Thank you!

Yeah, it’s okay if no usb A, still got multiple usb C.
