It depends on what you want~
Dell units are covered by much better warranty support; whereas the A43Sm comes with a better GPU and at a slightly cheaper price ~

3. Usage : Mostly for watching movies and listen to songs, sometime gaming
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : 15"6 - 16"
