Generally speaking, it's like what vernon91 has suggested.
But, mine was delivered within 10 days (ordered on 29th Nov to delivered on 8th Dec).

3 weeks is becuz they want to cover their ass...

still remember that time when Studio 15 switched to HD4570, there was a high demand for it... the longet wait i remember is 4 weeks iirc...
